In 2000, Jhonny Management which had 5 (five) models cooperates with Darwis Triadi who shall have the duties to commemorate the work of such 5 models in their portfolios to be introduced to the partners in the entertainment sector in line with their talent namely as a model, television as well as widescreen actress.
With the increase of the talent and the change of vision and mission to be better, Jhonny Management changed its name to become Parama Entertainment, by still maintaining the existence of the existing talent. With such amendment we renew the existing working system and we continue to develop the same with an aim so as the results achieved will be far better than previously.

Our focus on the talents not only focused on becoming models, actor or actress, but we also explore the potentials of the talents to achieve more than what they have achieved currently. Form the existing facts, many of our talents which have capabilities more than what they have now. Therefore at the end we opened acting class and also vocal class as mediums to develop the talents of our models.

For acting class, we cooperate with Yayuk Sena and Ucok from Art Institution of Jakarta. For physical fitness we also provide facilities with personal trainers. From the beauty side, we cooperate with Pravda salon.

The handling of the talent in this division is still in the process of heading towards perfection, since we are certain that each job that we received from various production houses have various different procedures in that there shall be flexibility in dealing with the same.

The talent division has its own unique character as different handling shall be required. As such we are aware of each talent and artist that we are dealing with having different characters, in that in the handling of each individual must differ one another, for certain this division shall require patience. Therefore we provide trained talents coordinator who are capable of assisting our talents and artists in relation to activities schedule and also relating to the complaints they are facing on the field.
